As part of the launch of Capital 42-day Kickstart, Capital Tutorials is excited to release the first unit from three Employability courses for cross-college use until the end of September 2023.
What can they be used for?
In addition to induction programmes, these modules can be used in enrichment activities, ‘keep warm’ campaigns, open days and more.

This programme has been carefully designed so that learners have the option to continue their studies and achieve a qualification, increasing achievement rates and giving students the confidence to continue their studies.
Learners that finish the Personal Emotional Resilience module will have completed 33% of AIM E3 Employability Skills.

Capital 42-day Kickstart helps FE colleges retain students at the beginning of the academic year. This is particularly important for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, as they are more likely to withdraw but could benefit most from further education.
