The last term of the academic year is the time when most people are preparing to start a new job.
EMPLOYMENT RESPONSIBILITIES & RIGHTS
In relation to this initiative ‘Employment Responsibilities & Rights’ is available for use cross-college and for CPD. The module introduces learners to the following:
Employment & The Law
Employer’s Responsibilities
Ways of Working with Employers
Advice & Guidance on Employment Issues
Personal Information at Work
The module has ‘OFF-THE-SHELF’ content, and software marks multiple choice tests at the end of each module, thus NO PREPARATION, NO TEACHING AND NO MARKING is required. Each module requires 20-25mins to complete. MEASURABLE OUTCOMES mean SMT and Ofsted reports can be generated automatically.
